The Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau led the trade to participate in the Shenzhen Reading Month for the first time in 2023 with the following activities:

  • 1 to 26 November: Joint Exhibition of Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards and Shenzhen’s Top Ten Books of the Year@A venue. Free admission;
  • 4 to 5 November: Showcase of The Next Writers Publication Funding Scheme@B venue. Free admission;
  • 4 November: Dialogue between Hong Kong and Shenzhen emerging writers@B venue. Free admission;
  • 5 November: Sharing by Hong Kong and Shenzhen designers@A venue. Free admission;
  • 5 November: Sharing by awardees of Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards@A venue. Free admission;
  • 6 to 26 November: Showcase of The Next Writers Publication Funding Scheme@A venue. Free admission; and
  • 15 to 26 November: Joint Exhibition of Hong Kong Publishing Biennial Awards and Shenzhen’s Top Ten Books of the Year@B venue. Free admission.
